This 2-hour online Yin Yoga workshop is designed to calm and soothe the nervous system, support deep rest, and explore the nourishing qualities of the Water element through Yin Yoga, stillness, and gentle awareness.
Rather than a regular class, this workshop offers time, space, and context to fully settle — allowing the body and nervous system to move out of stress and into a state of rest, safety, and regulation.
What you’ll need:
A yoga mat or soft surface
Before the workshop:
Arrive a few minutes early to settle in and test your connection
Turn off notifications and minimise distractions if possible
No prior Yin Yoga experience is needed. Come as you are, and allow this time to be a pause from effort, productivity, and urgency.
