Every week, you will learn quick simple, and effective self-defence for women that builds to a complete understanding of managing aggressive individuals, in a friendly and supportive atmosphere suitable for complete beginners or those with prior training.

Instructions

  • Please arrive promptly to class.
  • Please ensure you bring water to the class.
  • Please ensure you have eaten prior to class. We discourage snacking in the venues, as we have allergies to consider.
  • Be prepared to wash and/or sanitise your hands on arrival to the venue and on leaving.
  • Do wear clothes that are comfortable to move in, but nothing too flowy or restrictive...tracksuit bottoms / jeans (pockets are helpful when discussing knives, as are belts but not essential), a long sleeved top and comfy shoes / trainers are ideal. The aim here is to approximate everyday clothing while still being able to train.
  • No jewellery / watches / piercings for everyone's safety. Glasses to be removed (preferably), and long hair tied back before starting.
