Our 14-week art courses for beginners and improvers consist of four modules that cover the most widely used mediums in art.
Our course structure is progressive, and tuition develops week-on-week. As you work your way through our syllabus, we build on teachings from previous classes. This ensures that your artistic skills grow as you go on.
You will gain experience in creating beautiful artwork covering a broad selection of subject matter. Our art classes cover everything from figurative work to landscapes, and still-life compositions to more contemporary and colourful abstract studies and portraiture. The curriculum changes each term, always with entirely new projects.
In developing your artistic skills, you will learn and understand general styles of composition, specific artistic mediums (oil pastels, watercolours and acrylics), and whether using either canvas or paper as a support suits best, allowing you to focus on these areas for the future.

Note that we usually ask for payment in full or in two instalments, but we can offer longer instalment periods for those in need. Please let us know if you would like more details.
You will need basic art supplies such as drawing pencils, eraser, ruler, and specific paper for each medium (drawing, pastel, watercolour and acrylic). You can purchase a starter pack with all of these materials, including a special Seasons Art Class paper pad with everything you need for the whole course and more, plus an A3 art folder to carry your work home. All other materials are provided in class.
