Details

Silent in Sedona: A Day of Silence

A guided day of meditation, silence, and time on the land.

This one-day experience offers a spacious pause—an opportunity to step out of the noise of daily life and into a quieter relationship with yourself and the natural world. The day is held in silence and guided gently throughout, with a simple, unhurried structure that allows time for stillness, walking, reflection, and rest.

The Container

In many wellness experiences, meditation is offered briefly—as a moment within something larger. Here, meditation is the ground everything rests on. Silence, time, and presence are given space to deepen, supported by nature and gentle guidance.

Group size is intentionally small. This experience is held for a limited number of participants to preserve the quiet, relational container of silence.

How the Day Unfolds

  • Arrive and settle into silence
  • Guided seated meditation and gentle grounding practices
  • Walking meditation in nature
  • Quiet time for journaling, reflection, or rest
  • A simple, nourishing lunch enjoyed in silence
  • Afternoon meditation + spacious integration time
  • Closing circle (silence ends at the close)
