As the year comes to a close, we invite you to join us for a special winter solstice meditation experience on Zoom. The shortest day of the year welcomes longer nights and the time for rest. We will create sacred space and you will be guided through meditations that invite you to reflect on the past year - its lessons learned and ones still in process. We will also explore the opportunity to come into rhythm with nature and how you can give yourself a deep rest this winter.
This is a time to settle in and nourish your mind, body, and spirit and to dream. This experience will help you to come into energetic alignment with the season and use your energy in a manner that is physically and spiritually nurturing.
