Celebrate the Spring Equinox with a spacious, heart-centered experience designed to help you pause, reflect, and reconnect—with yourself, with nature, and with the wisdom that lives within you.
This 3-hour outdoor workshop takes place in Sedona at Crescent Moon Ranch, a beloved and serene setting by Cathedral Rock and Oak Creek.
You’ll be guided through a gentle meditation and intuitive process to explore a question or transition in your life at this time of spring renewal and invite the presence of an animal guide to offer insight and perspective. Participants may connect through guided visualization and/or an animal oracle card deck, allowing multiple entry points into the experience.
After journaling and reflection, you’ll work with an experienced creative guide to express elements of your inner journey through painting, collage, or mixed media. No artistic skill is required—this is about expression, not performance.
Support and guidance are provided throughout, so you can relax into the process and enjoy creating something meaningful to guide you through the upcoming spring season.

This experience is co-created by Michele Mattix, founder of Sedona Meditation Experiences, and Lovejoy, artist and founder of Lovejoy Creations.
Michele brings years of experience guiding meditation, reflection, and intuitive exploration in nature-based settings, helping participants slow down, listen inward, and access personal insight.
Lovejoy brings a playful, supportive approach to creative expression, guiding participants to bring inner visions to life through painting, collage, and mixed media—no art experience required.
Together, they offer a grounded, welcoming space where meditation and creativity meet—inviting participants to explore inner wisdom, express it visually, and leave with both clarity and a meaningful piece of art inspired by their experience.

This experience will take place outdoors at Crescent Moon Ranch. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so we can begin on time.
What to bring
All meditation guidance and creative materials will be provided. No prior experience with meditation or art is required.
Light snacks and herbal tea will be available during the experience. Please eat beforehand and let us know if you have any dietary sensitivities.
We’ll be working with intuition and creative expression rather than “right” or “wrong” outcomes. You’re welcome to participate at your own pace and take breaks as needed.
Please note that Crescent Moon Ranch is a shared outdoor space. We ask that you keep phones on silent and be mindful of the natural setting and other visitors.
