🌞 Sedona Meditation Workshop

Enjoy a day of mindfulness in community with others who share your interest in meditation. This day-long workshop will take you deeper into your meditation practice through teachings, mindfulness practices, guided practice, and more.

Each workshop will have a different theme and will include things like:
🌟 Get in touch with your heart - release old hurts and call in joy.
🌟 Inspired writing for expression and guidance.
🌟Meditate together using various techniques.
🌟 Mindfully journey with sound in a crystal bowl sound bath.
🌟 Connect with nature by the creek and on the red rocks.
🌟 Use the power of the spiral as you walk a sacred labyrinth.
🌟 Call upon your wise ancestors - learn to work with spirit guides.
🌟Take advantage of full and new moons to do special meditations.
🌟 Mindful art projects that tap into your intuition.
🌟 Spontaneous and inspired awareness practices.

Come prepared to do a bit of easy hiking, being outdoors for stretches of time, being indoors when it becomes too hot, and maybe even enjoying a full moon meditation or sound bath under the stars when the air is cool.

We'll meet from 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., take a 2 hour break for lunch, then reconvene at 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
