The full moon is a mysterious and powerful time to shine light on your hopes and dreams and to energize them.
During this hour long outdoor meditation experience, you will learn more about the significance of the lunar cycle and the role it plays in assisting you in your personal and spiritual growth, with particular emphasis on the full moon.
You will be guided through an intention setting exercise that will help you become clear about what you are ready to release and what is ready for you call in.
I will guide you through a full moon meditation that lasts between 20-30 minutes as the full moon rises in the eastern, evening sky. Together, we will enjoy the in-between day and night time as the sun sets and the full moon rises.

We will provide seating (cushions and some chairs) and blankets for when it's chilly. We will also have flashlights for everyone. There is no hiking involved with this experience. It is a short walk from where you'll park to where we'll be set up for the meditation.
