Details

The purpose of the General Assembly is to inform you about SEFI's past year activities and future plans, to be informed about financial affairs, to vote on the budget; as well as elect new board members and Vice President.

This year, the General Assembly will take place in person at the EPFL on the occasion of the SEFI 2024 Annual Conference on Tuesday 3 September 2024 at 15:30-17:00 CEST.

You will find enclosed the agenda of the meeting as well as the official notification and proxy form.

Institutional, individual, industrial and associate members are hereby invited to attend the General Assembly or to nominate a proxy (Art. 8 of Statutes).

Instructions

Fill in all the fields of the registration form, in case you are an individual member also representing an institution, you may choose both options in the membership category.

Each institution sends only one official representative, if you are not the represetative, you do not need to register but you may attend the General Assembly too. If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a proxy from the same membership category.

You may register or send a proxy until Sunday 25 August, the end of the day.
