Details

Join us to learn the basics of 3D printing, including:

  • how to find existing models and how to customize them;
  • basic 3D modelling skills;
  • understanding mechanical constraints in fused deposition modeling printing and how they inform design;
  • how to run a 3D print;
  • basic troubleshooting and maintenance of 3D printers.

We will use our Prusa printers. Participants will leave with a small 3D printed object.

Instructions

If you are able to, please bring a laptop that can connect to wifi.
Teenagers 16 years and older may attend alone with a guardian's permission.
Children younger than 16 are welcome with an accompanying parent (one ticket per person please).
