Rewilding the Womb Retreat Day

Come and join us for a magical day of Womb Rewilding in a gorgeous woodland yurt setting.

Together we will decolonise our wombs in order to reconnect our wombs with the earth womb through sacred ritual, womb cleansing practices, mantra and womb yoga. This will prepare us to forage the woodland for natural materials to create an individual sacred mandala to honour our wombs.

There will be plenty of time for rest and nourishment through Yoga Nidra, time on the land and food sharing around the sacred Mother's fire.

Women at all life stages are welcome including peri-menopausal and menopausal women and those who have had hysterectomies.
