The session will offer an opportunity to join an ongoing conversation with SERC staff on how to decolonize our ideas around working with communities affected by FGC (Female Genital Cutting). This discussion will include what it means to adopt anti-racism lenses and community-based approaches towards sexual health and wellbeing, as well as how our own identities, assumptions and biases as service providers may impact access to care and services.

Instructions

This webinar will be presented in a conversational format among SERC staff on FGC. Think of it like a podcast or being a fly on the wall to a discussion of our approach to working with FGC affected communities.
