This class is for people who may find a general class challenging. It involves mostly chair based stretching and strengthening techniques. Adapted classical yoga postures. The option for some standing work and some floor based work. If you find it a challenge to get to the floor you can do this part of the class on a bed. Some breathing practice and relaxation.
It is useful to have a yoga mat, small ball, a strap, resistance band, two chairs. A blanket for relaxation. But don't worry if you don't have all of this the class is still doable without it.
A 1.5% + £0.20 booking fee applies to bookings with a cost.
