AUTUMN YOGA DAY RETREAT & SOUND BATH

You’re warmly invited to a deeply nourishing Yoga Day Retreat & Sound Bath to honour the energy of the Autumn Equinox — a natural point of balance, and a gentle invitation to turn inwards.

As summer begins to fade and the air shifts, the Autumn Equinox marks that moment where day and night are held in equal measure. It’s a time for reflection, for letting go, and for grounding ourselves. A chance to pause… take stock of the year so far… and begin to prepare for the quieter, slower months ahead.

This day is an opportunity to align with that seasonal shift — to step out of the busyness for a while, and into a space of calm, clarity, and reset.

The retreat is suitable for all levels and will include:
•A grounding, gently flowing Hatha Yoga practice
• A deeply restful, fully supported Restorative Yoga practice
• A calming breath practice to soothe the nervous system
• A guided Yoga Nidra for full body relaxation
• A meditation for reflection and intention-setting
• And a beautifully immersive Sound Bath with @soundbathkent to close the day

The Sundin Room at Kenward Place is a calm, light-filled space with wide views across the Kent countryside, creating a real sense of openness and quiet. It has a naturally grounding feel that helps you settle and switch off, and in autumn — with softer light and changing colours — it becomes the perfect setting to slow down, let go, and reconnect.

There is also the lovely Kenward Café on-site, where you can enjoy brunch, with a menu featuring fresh salads, sandwiches, soups & light bites.
