NEW CLASS WITH NEW TEACHER!
Barre is a low-impact exercise that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training. Classes typically focus on small, pulsing movement that emphasises form, alignment and core engagement and people of all abilities are welcome.
Victoria comes from a dance background and after several years away from her movement practice, she discovered Barre whilst looking for ways to re-engage with dance in a more safe and supportive way. Victoria’s classes are welcoming, creative, and dynamic so expect to get sweaty!
Please bring water.
New students to the studio will need to complete a health declaration.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in.
Barre can be practiced in bare feet or socks with non slip soles.

Full and final booking. Non refundable. If you are unable to make your class and you provide at least 7 hours notice, if we have a waitlist, we will do our very best to fill the space. If we are successful then we may be able to transfer your booking to another time.
