This course is an opportunity for you to experience the benefits of a regular Yin Yoga practice.
Yin yoga is a slow paced style of yoga that is floor based (no downward dogs, balances or planks!!) with poses often held anywhere between two & eight minutes.
The physical target area of the body is the deep connective tissues, tendons & ligaments.
You will be encouraged to move slowly & mindfully in & out of the poses & to dial your attention inwards, cultivating interoception (awareness of what is going on inside) & to quieten your mind.
It is a practice that invites in a quiet attention & softening whilst experiencing the shapes & the moments in between each.

Please bring with you; yoga mat, a couple of blankets, a couple of pillows & a yoga strap (or dressing gown cord).
