An evening of performance and conversation, presenting the inspirational journey of Kavina Pound: from bedroom dancer to Southbank Centre performer.
Kavina is a dance artist with dyspraxia and arthritis, who entered the profession late in life. This Live Archive presents her 2017 monograph which describes how her journey has been one almighty battle. The evening will include an improvised performance drawing from Kavina’s dance career, and a conversation with Ellis Legg and Roland Carline.
This event will take place in the Roof Studio.
This event is scheduled to last 4 hours. We anticipate it will end by 9pm. There will be regular breaks.
