A retrospective exploration of a 1998 performance by Kate Brown with Nicholas Ridout, as part of Artist Archive.
Guided by instructions from notebooks, and by glitchy video recordings from 1998, Kate Brown and Nicholas Ridout turn their last documented collaboration – # nine – into a new retro-tech exploration of time, memory, action and narrative possibilities.
This event takes place in the Roof Studio.
If you attend the first performance at 7.30pm you are welcome to stay and watch the work again at 8.45pm.
Bursary places are for anybody that needs them and are self-nominated (i.e. you do not need fit criteria, like when booking a concession ticket).
Pay-it-forward tickets subsidise bursary tickets across the whole of our programme. If you choose to pay-it-forward, you’re generously supporting other participants to attend, thank you!
