Celebrate the filmography of our studios’ founder, Siobhan Davies.
The first in-person event with Siobhan Davies since she stepped down as Artistic Director in 2021, marking a significant moment in the transition and re-imagining of the studios she helped instigate. This will also be the first time that her trilogy of films – All This Can Happen (2012), The Running Tongue (2015) and Transparent (2022) – have been brought together. The three films explore how we understand life and living through our bodies in movement. They are cinematic collages choreographed into a web of images, sounds and ideas.
This event will take place throughout the building. To attend the screening of Transparent, and the Q&A with Siobhan Davies following, please purchase a paid ticket (general, bursary or pay-it-forward). To watch The Running Tongue and All This Can Happen only, please select a free Drop In ticket. Please note: you do not need to book both tickets.

Siobhan Davies Studios is mostly accessible to wheelchair users, with lifts to all floors. Our main door is power assisted. There are two accessible parking spaces available on site which can be booked in advance.
Please note that our disabled toilets may not be suitable for all users (the toilets in our disabled toilets are 42cm high) and our changing facilities and showers are not fully accessible. Our closest publicly available and fully accessible changing facility is at The Castle Centre, a leisure centre 0.3 miles away from the studios. You can find full details of their features here.
