A 3 hour workshop dedicated to teaching you the skills, strength and balance in order to work towards front Crow Pose, also known as Bakanasana. We will be using props, pillows and the wall to help us with this as well.
Ideally you will already be practicing yoga, however you do not need to have this posture mastered in order to attend.
All the preparation and stages will be beneficial regardless of your ability and we remind ourselves to enjoy the journey rather than focusing solely on the end goal.
The workshop will include a 20-30 minute coffee/tea and snack break (all provided). Please advise of any allergies when booking.
Please bring your own mat, any yoga props (blocks & belts) you may already have, a blanket for relaxation and a drink.
Yoga equipment such as blocks and belts are available to borrow should you not have your own.
Wear comfortable, loose fitting or exercise clothing and bring warm clothes (socks, jumper) for the relaxation part of the end of our session. You might also choose to bring a blanket to use during relaxation.
