November Skylarks - Blacka Moor Nature Reserve (1km)

An interactive fully outdoor music group in the form of a short walk at the beautiful Blacka moor Wildlife trust nature reserve.
Bringing together nature, music, movement - a musical nature trail!
Musical instruments, enhancing props, actions, seasonal songs inspired by our route and nature around us, circle dance songs, autumn and weather songs. All the elements of early years music but in a unique and intimate way out in nature!
The walk is approx 1km and is not buggy friendly. It has been designed with 0-3yrs in mind but please feel free to book with a slightly older child if you think they would enjoy it. We will go at a gentle toddler friendly pace and stop along the way. We won't leave anyone behind! A sling would be recommended but the route is designed for little legs to be able to walk some or all of the route. Waterproof foot wear is recommended as it will be muddy!
Please note there are no toilets at this site.
Snack provided for children.
We build on the material week by week, and children anticipate and grow familiar with the songs and routine, I'd really encourage booking a few in the same month/block.
