Welcome to Songbird Seasonal Sauna & Sleep Evening.
As the year turns from dark to light and nature is beginning to grow again, it's a chance to shed winter’s stagnant energy and prepare the body for refreshing, deep sleep.
Use this series of evening gatherings as a true reset. A journey of sleeping in tune with the seasons, so you feel deeply rested more often.
Each session blends:
Sauna heat
Cold water
Bedtime yoga stretching
Breath work
Fireside journalling ritual
Ayurvedic treats & herbal teas from the garden
Inducing the kind of bone-deep, cellular relaxation that’s hard to find when you’re always on.
You’ll take away some useful tools to help you sleep better, for the long term.
Please note tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date. Transfer to another person is possible with at least 48 hours notice.

Swimwear (recommended wearing it under your clothes for ease of changing)
Large towel for drying
Small towel for sitting on in the sauna
Sliders
Plastic bag for wet items
Water bottle
What to wear:
Comfy, loose, warm clothes you can move in
Cosy socks
Sliders for using the garden spa
We have some parking available in our driveway but lift sharing or walking, if possible, is a great option to maintain the quiet, chilled ambience.
Please don't park on our road as it is for residents only.
