This open day session, gives you an insight into my style of classes. It gives you an opportunity to experience a shorter session and to ask any questions you have. This opportunity is limited to 8 caregivers with their little one.
It is free, but participants must be registered and agreed to the terms and conditions to attend! I look forward to welcoming you there!
To ensure smooth running of sessions, I'd be very grateful that you read and follow the following rules:
Please eat and drink before or after the class if possible and in the designated areas ( kitchen niche). That way the the teaching room can stay clean for everyone :)
If you need to breastfeed during the class, that's absolutely fine, if you want more privacy you are welcome it nip into the kitchen area.
Due to health and safety, strollers and pushchairs need to be left outside near the lift. They are left at your own risk. If you have a particularly expensive one- you might want to bring a padlock.
This one-off session allows for a nice arrival, giving 5 minutes to adjust to the room and say hello, a 25 minute music session and enough time at the end to ask any questions you have.
