Celebrate the Summer Solstice with a calming morning of connection, movement and relaxation at beautiful Burton Farm. Begin with herbal tea and nourishing snack before grounding breathwork and meditation by the lake. Enjoy gentle DRU yoga, a heart-opening cacao ceremony, and a deeply restorative outdoor sound bath surrounded by nature. A peaceful opportunity to pause, realign and honour the longest day of the year.
Option to stay after the celebration and enjoy the farm, lunch in the cafe, paddle boarding (2pm session), swim in the lake (2pm or 4pm session) or sauna (2pm session). All needs to be booked individually in advance on Farm's website due to health & safety and at an additional cost to this Summer Solstice Celebration event.

About Cacao and Sound Ceremony
Ceremonial cacao supports relaxation, wellbeing and heart connection, helping to encourage calm, clarity and positive energy.
The sound ceremony uses gongs, drums, bowls and chimes to create soothing vibrations that promote deep relaxation, nervous system reset and energetic balance.

*Cacao may not be suitable for some conditions such as serious heart conditions, those on high blood pressure medication, MAIO based or SRI antidepressants but an alternative of rose tea will be offered.
Come dressed for comfort; bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, eye pillow if you wish. Wear layers as it can get cold when you are lying still.
