You are welcome to book for all or part of this event...
At the turning of the wheel, when day and night stand in perfect balance, we gather to honour the Spring Equinox, the ancient threshold where the light begins to return.
In this moment between seasons we come together to move, warm, open, and remember.
We will begin with a cacao ceremony, gently opening the heart and setting our intentions for the new cycle that is awakening in the land and within ourselves.
From there we enter the dance, a free and ecstatic journey where the body leads, the mind softens, and the spirit is invited to play.
Outside the fire will be burning, a place to honour the elemental power of transformation.
After the dance the sauna will be glowing, offering a space to sweat, cleanse and renew, letting the old season fall away.
This is a sapce for community, ritual, movement and mystery.
A space to celebrate the returning light and the awakening of spring
Come as you are.
Bring your dancing body, an open heart, and something warm for the fire.
Let us step together across the threshold of spring.
Schedule:
3:00 pm – Arrival & settling in; beginning in the yurt with Cacao Ceremony ☕💛
4:00 pm – Ecstatic Dance begins 💃🕺
5:30 pm – Sauna (optional) 🔥🧖♀️
Afterward – Gather around the fire, share food 🍲🔥, and enjoy each other’s company 🌙✨

Drinking water
Clothes and shoes suitable for the weather (be cautious!)
Firewood donation for the ceremonial fire (not for the sauna)
Offerings for the land / altar
Sauna things if you plan to use it — the sauna is generally clothing optional
Food to share afterwards (optional)
Directions:
From the A30, turn off the B3309 just after or before Crowlas (Depending on which direction coming from) and drive up the hill past crossroads garage. You’ll get to a fork in the road, stay on the right which is church hill, and drive up a few hundred meters.
On the right, you’ll see the old school with orange poppies along its borders.
There’s a sign “the old primary school” in the flower beds and you’ll see solar panels on the roof.
Parking – there is limed parking along the road opposite the school. Please car share where possible – you can use this email/temp WhatsApp group to arrange car share. You may need to park in the village and walk up the hill. Please be mindful of Dee’s local community drive slowly to keep disruption to a minimum, and park sensibly.
