Summer solstice gongs! Lets reset, clear out and harness the solstice energies. I will create a live intuitive sound journey, with gongs and complementary instruments including drum, chimes and voice. This will be a powerful immersive sound experience that will take you to a place of deep relaxation where you can de-stress and rebalance. The combination of sounds and frequencies for each session are unique each time.
Beforehand the gongs and structure of the session will be introduced. Afterwards there will be time to ground and integrate.
Over 16yrs old only. Not recommended for the first trimester of pregnancy or anyone with a heart pace maker.
Doors will open from 7.20pm. Bring anything and everything that will make you comfortable on the floor such as padded mats, fleece, pillow. Please make sure you are going to be warm! Sleeping bags, camping mats, yoga mats, lounger chair pads and garden loungers all ok to bring. There is plenty of room. Body temperature can fluctuate throughout a session in any season.
Would recommend an eye mask, especially for spring/summer or daytime sessions. Blocking out the light and the room will heighten your senses to the sounds, and please bring water.
If you are unable to lie down for an hour, bring a sun lounger type garden recliner chair if you prefer.
The session will start at 7.30pm. Sorry it is not possible to join later as this would disturb the other attendees.
