In the heart of magical Traquair, Suzy now hosts monthly journeys to help guests:

These are some of the benefits that can be experienced through sound journey/sound bath. Guests lie down in their cosy nests and Suzy weaves a magical soundscape working with a beautiful range of instruments including deep and resonant Himalayan bowls, powerful crystal sing bowls, healing drum and voice and whatever other magical sounds she is guided to include and weave with.
There is also time afterwards to chat over a cup of tea and sweet treat to allow time and space to build community and connection.
Guests need to bring a cosy nest - mat, blanket or two, cushion/pillow, eye mask if they choose and a water bottle.
