Sound baths are a gentle yet powerful way to care for yourself. They calm the mind, ease stress and anxiety, support deeper sleep, soothe the nervous system, release physical and/or emotional tension, and promote deep rest and stillness. Lying down, you are bathed in the calming sounds and vibrations from the crystal singing bowls and other instruments. The sounds, vibrations and frequencies support your body and mind to enter slower brain waves and states of consciousness.
Falling asleep and feeling relaxed are common side effects! If you have never done a sound bath before, I encourage you to come join me!

Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Pyjamas and dressing gowns are totally acceptable!
Bring water and, if it's chilly outside, some warm, fluffy socks.
Mats, blankets, mini bolsters and eye pillows are provided, but feel free to bring your own, or anything extra you feel you need to make your experience as comfortable as possible (e.g. an extra pillow or large bolster). You will be lying on the floor for around 50mins.
Sound baths are best enjoyed sober - please avoid drinking alcohol before or after.
Please arrive between 6:45-6:55pm to settle in comfortably. Doors will be locked at 6:55pm. There will be no refunds for non-attendees or latecomers.

Please note that tickets are non-refundable, but you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person if you can no longer attend.
