Grace & Gravity are delighted to be bringing YOUMOVE family yoga to Wallingford this Autumn. Designed for children and their grown-ups, these sessions are all about moving together and having fun. A chance to step away from busy routines and enjoy something playful and active together. You can expect a session filled with imaginative movement, nature-inspired games, partner work and plenty of giggles.
We’ll be stretching, balancing, exploring and learning through movement - with just enough moments of calm woven in to catch our breath and reset. It’s less about “perfect poses” and more about connection, confidence and shared experiences.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a drink.
