SEND-catered sessions are designed to enhance physical and mental wellbeing for each young participant by integrating a variety of engaging activities. These sessions begin with warm-up games to foster a welcoming atmosphere before transitioning into adaptive sports or dance to promote physical fitness and teamwork.
Please book into our Group three session for our 6 week program if a YP is aged 10-14.
You will be asked for a password to book on which will be given, questions asked on our booking form must be completed.
Lastly please bring a bottle of water and a packed lunch
