Creating a Success Mindset

Thursday, 26 January '23   2pm – 5pm GMT
The Museum of Making at Derby Silk Mill, Silk Mill Lane, Derby, DE1 3AF
Only 3 spaces left

Finding success in life depends a lot on mindset since how we think directly affects the outcomes we produce and not the other way around. This half day workshop is designed for professionals who are interested in exploring ways to boost their positivity and develop strategies to overcome inner blockers to success.

We will introduce a range of practical tools and techniques, all grounded in evidence-based psychology, and there will be an opportunity to try our different approaches and learn from the collective experience of your peers.

The workshop will include the following:

  • What is a success mindset and how it can help us achieve your goals
  • Getting clear on your goals
  • Self-acceptance mindset and self-compassion
  • Positive psychology and strengths based approaches
  • Common blockers including Inner Critic and Limiting Beliefs
  • Cognitive tools for reframing our thinking
  • Working with emotions and intuition

Light refreshments of tea, coffee, fruit and biscuits will be provided.

This workshop is being facilitated by Sarah Naidoo-Banks, Business Psychologist and Coach, and founder of Spring Insight, an evidence based psychology service providing professional and personal development workshops and one to one coaching for businesses and the wider community.
