Details

We all face challenging moments at work and in our professional lives. This
course builds awareness of some of the main sources of stress and how to
spot the symptoms, which isn't always easy to do. It will cover what it means
to be resilient in the face of challenge and a range of practical tips and tools
that will help you bounce back. There will be opportunity to explore a variety
of tools and learn from the collective experience of the group.

The workshop will include the following:

  • What is resilience and what it is not
  • What are some of the typical stressors we might experience at work
  • Typical characteristics of resilient people
  • Tools for building resilience
  • Managing your time and energy

Light refreshments of tea, coffee, fruit and biscuits will be provided.

This workshop is being facilitated by Sarah Naidoo-Banks, Business Psychologist and Coach, and founder of Spring Insight, an evidence based psychology service providing professional and personal development workshops and one to one coaching for businesses and the wider community.
