Enjoy a relaxed two‑hour workshop creating your own set of Christmas crackers using simple stencilling techniques. You’ll explore colour and pattern to design a set that feels personal and festive. Each cracker will be finished with hats, jokes and snap... just add your own small gift.
Perfect for all, this session offers gentle guidance in a warm, supportive studio setting with a maximum of eight students per class. *All necessary materials and equipment will be provided by the studio, just bring your creativity! *
Learning Aims
• Learn the technique of stencilling on to card
• Create your own set of 6 crackers to take home
Workshop Breakdown
1st Hour: Practice stencilling technique and colour combinations
2nd Hour: Complete your chosen design on your crackers

Course Planning & Teaching
Our courses are thoughtfully designed and taught by Kitty, Creative Director and Founder of Springwood Barn. A fully qualified teacher with 17 years of experience, Kitty is fully insured, certified in First Aid, and holds an enhanced DBS check, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all learners.
This structured approach balances technical learning with creative autonomy, empowering students to experiment, develop their own style, and grow in their artistic practice.
Materials
Tea and Coffee will be provided during the session including a home made treat.
Arrival
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the session starts to settle in and prepare for your workshop.

On-site parking is available. The Studio is located on Petworth Road, directly opposite Holdfast Lane. Signage will be in place on the day of the event. Please follow the signs to reach the barn. For further details, kindly refer to the location and map information provided.
