Training from the HSE Regional Suicide Resource Office, South East Community Healthcare
All of our trainings ( safeTALK, Understanding Self-Harm, ASIST and Suicide Bereavement Training) are for those aged over 18 years only.
Our trainings are fully funded by the HSE National Office for Suicide Prevention with no charge to the participant and are subject to minimum attendance.
A staged approach to training is recommended, i.e. you must attend safeTALK or complete the above online training course " Let's Talk Suicide" ahead of attending ASIST.
Please be aware of the emotional nature of the content of our training and take time to self-care after training; see www.yourmentalhealth.ie for more information. If you have been bereaved by suicide or affected by suicidal behaviour in the recent past, please attend only when you feel emotionally ready to do so.
