Participant Waiver, Terms & Conditions

Event Date: Saturday, 29th May 2027
Time: 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Location: Cardiff (CF3 0EF)

IMPORTANT

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions and Participant Waiver.

1. Participation

I understand that Kangoo Jumps is a physical fitness activity involving jumping, aerobic exercise and cardiovascular training.

I acknowledge that participation carries inherent risks including, but not limited to:

slips or falls
muscle strains
sprains
bruises
joint injuries
aggravation of existing medical conditions

I voluntarily choose to participate and accept these risks.

1. Medical Declaration

By purchasing a ticket I confirm that:

I am physically fit to participate.
I have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe.
If I have any concerns, I have consulted my GP or healthcare professional before attending.
I understand that participation is entirely at my own risk.

If I become unwell during the event, I will immediately stop exercising and inform an instructor.

1. Pregnancy

Participants who are pregnant or suspect they may be pregnant should seek medical advice before attending.

Participation during pregnancy is entirely at the participant's own responsibility.

1. Footwear

Participants agree to:

wear properly fitted Kangoo Jumps boots
ensure boots are correctly adjusted
immediately report any equipment concerns to an instructor

1. Following Instructions

Participants agree to:

follow all instructions given by presenters and event staff
exercise within their own ability
stop immediately if they feel dizzy, faint, experience chest pain or discomfort

1. Personal Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

their own health
their own belongings
exercising within their personal fitness level

1. Photography & Video Consent

This event will be professionally photographed and filmed.

By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, participants grant Kangoo Jumps Cardiff permission to use photographs and video footage containing their image for:

social media
promotional materials
advertising
websites
future event marketing

No compensation will be payable for the use of these images.

If you do not wish to appear in photographs or videos, please notify the event organisers before the event begins. While every reasonable effort will be made to respect your wishes, this cannot be guaranteed during large group activities.

1. Liability

The organisers will take all reasonable steps to provide a safe environment.

However, except where required by law, the organisers cannot accept responsibility for:

accidental injuries arising from participation
loss or theft of personal belongings
damage to personal property

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.

If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.

Tickets may not be exchanged after purchase unless agreed by the organisers.

1. Behaviour

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behaviour is:

abusive
aggressive
unsafe
disruptive

No refund will be issued.

1. Acceptance

By purchasing a ticket, I confirm that:

I have read these Terms & Conditions.
I understand the risks involved.
I voluntarily agree to participate.
I accept this Participant Waiver.

Purchase of a ticket constitutes your electronic acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
