Is your agency's Designated Coordinator (DC) equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to confidently meet 245D requirements? While many people think they understand what a DC is supposed to do, 245D has very specific responsibilities for the position, including professional oversight of the services being provided to each person. With recent correction orders from DHS Licensing highlighting violations related to DCs not meeting 245D standards, now is the time to ensure your DCs are aware of what their role entails. This course dives into the critical responsibilities of a DC, including what licensors are looking for, and offering practical guidance on their implementation.
Course topics:

Once completed, other STAR Services virtual and live trainings are available to advance a DC's understanding and skills to the next level. Join us to gain valuable tools and insights for your DCs to confidently fulfill their responsibilities.
