CFSS Overview of the Service Delivery Plan and Person-Specific Paperwork 💻

This is an online event.

Joining instructions will be provided after booking.

Details

One of the keys to providing excellent services is to start with comprehensive and person-centered paperwork. In CFSS, the primary document used to direct services is the CFSS Service Delivery Plan. In CFSS, each provider serves a unique purpose to provide the highest quality of support possible to a CFSS recipient. This means that providers must work together to create outstanding paperwork that will support the person holistically.

Topics:

  • The requirements for the CFSS Service Delivery Plan
  • The responsibilities of the different providers involved in the creation of this document
  • How to use the service delivery plan to provide excellent services

We will also review additional paperwork that must be completed for CFSS service recipients. This session is targeted towards both consultation service providers and agency-providers.

Audience: supervising professionals, managing employees, owners, or executives of a CFSS organization.

CEU Contact Hours: 1.8 for Nurses, 1.5 for Social Workers
