Basic Support Services: Admission to Annual and Everything in Between 💻

This is an online event.

Joining instructions will be provided after booking.

Details

Paperwork is something we can't avoid no matter how little or how much service we provide to people supported under MN Statutes, chapter 245D. Basic support service providers may have less than their intensive counterparts, but the paperwork is no less important. We will explore the major meetings and reviews completed from admission through annual. Together, we will discuss what documents are required, how to complete them, and when.

Course objectives:

  • Discover how referrals can be received to support people
  • Identify documents needed at admission and where information comes from to develop them
  • Review what you need to do at the 60 day and annual reviews
  • Learn what to do should services need to be suspended or terminated
  • Understand what happens with services in between meetings and reviews

This virtual classroom is designed specifically for providers offering basic support services licensed under MN Statutes, chapter 245D.

CEU Contact Hours: 1.8 for Nurses, 1.5 for Social Workers
