Details

Exercise classes suitable for pregnant women, new mums and dads.

Babies upto the age of 18 months welcome to join at the class.

All equipment and toys for little ones provided.

Classes are at Murrayside Community Centre Ipswich

Level: Advanced, Beginner & Intermediate

Instructions

Book on using class link, wear suitable clothing, laced up trainers or shoes, water bottle to keep hydrated. Baby changing areas are available if you do need to change your child when in class.
