What's included, a yin yoga for feet practice, focusing on acupressure points in the feet & the meridian lines associated.

An extra long Savasana while Soph & I hold space for a little treat for your feet!

Soph will give options & check in with each of participants in what they would like or not like within their thai foot massage. Foot mask & tools all provided.

After your massage you are welcome to stay in Savasana for as long as you would like, bring a book to read in a comforting calm space, journal or sit in quiet conversation in the studio with refreshments.

If you've been coming to my classes for a while you know, I've got a lot of love for feet. They are our anchor to the Earth & carry us from our 1st step, every step of the way through life & each phase.
