10:00 – Welcome and introduction
10:15 – 10:30 Breath Awareness – Tuning into the breath using basic foundation yoga breathing
10:30 – 11:30 – Yoga Practice – Invoking breath focused awareness into a deep gentle yoga practise
11:30 – 11:45 – BREAK
11:45 – 13:00 – Strong Yoga practice – Creating strength and stability using classical yoga asanas
13:00 – 14:00 – LUNCH (lunch not provided, however refreshments and snacks included)
14:00 – 14:30 – Sound meditation – AUM – A guided meditation on the divine frequency AUM
14:30 – 14:45 – BREAK
14:45 – 15:00 – Pranayama – Guided breath control using counts
15:00 – 15:45 – Gongs – An immersive gong bath experience
15:45 – 16:00 – Closing practise

We shall provide tea coffee and healthy snacks throughout the day, but please bring your own food for lunch.
There is a thai noodle takeaway next door and Waitrose just a short walk along the beautiful Hythe Military canal canal if you wish to buy something on the day.
If you wish to take your lunch to the beach its just a 5 minute walk from the venue.
You will need to bring
Yoga mat (can be supplied on request limited numbers so please book early)
Cushion / bolster or meditation cushion
Eye pillow (optional)
Blanket
Comfortable clothes for movement and yoga practice
A warm jumper and bottoms for seated meditation, gong bath and savasana.
