A delicious yoga class to end your first day of the week. Suitable for all.
These three classes are by donation, and the money raised will be sent to MAPS at the end of the three sessions. Minimum suggested donation £10, if that is possible, more, if that is possible.

Hello and welcome first of all.
If you are coming by bus or walking, the bus stop is very close to the building. We are next to the Registers of Scotland building.
If you are driving, you need to drive either down or up South Restalrig Rd, drive into the car park area of the Registers of Scotland first, drive past it, then there is our building and you can park there. That is level B2 on the lift. The Ground floor reception on London Rd is level 0. We are on the 6th floor, as you come out of the lift, go left, through the double doors. We are the white door in front.
