In this class we will cover moves on various aerial equipment; sling, hoop & silks and learn tricks and combinations on all the disciplines.

This lesson is perfect for children that are home educated

Level: All abilities

Instructions

Please bring water with you.

Please also wear leggings or trousers.

You are welcome to drop your kids off and return to collect them after or you are welcome to stay and wait in the waiting area up the stairs to watch.
Please don’t sit on the stairs
