In this class we will cover moves on various aerial equipment; sling, hoop & silks and learn tricks and combinations on all the disciplines.

Allowing children to learn through play to explore the equipment, grow in confidence, whilst learning a new skill

Because of the Bank Holiday on 4th May we only have 4 classes this half term

Level: All abilities

Instructions

Please bring water with you.

Please also wear leggings or trousers.

We are asking you to drop your kids off and pick them up at the end of lesson
