Beginner Sling course, suitable for complete beginners no experience necessary or anyone wanting to rejoin at this level.
You will learn a variety of shapes and start to put them together in small combinations.
Courses will run with a minimum of 6
Certificate upon completion!
Level: Beginner
You are welcome to come on in and wait in the seating area upstairs.
Please come into the studio with bare feet placing shoes and any loose item in the cubby holes outside the studio, wear leggings and a comfortable top.
Please bring water with you
You are booking onto a course at the same time and day for 6 weeks. If there is a week you cannot make please let your instructor know up to 24 hours before your session and we will do our best to offer an alternative lesson that week, however this cannot be guaranteed.
Less than 24 hours notice please EMAIL info@studioessence.co.uk or TEXT 07725094759 as a courtesy to your instructor and fellow students after this time. However after this time you will lose your payment/lesson.
