Michael will explain the anatomy of breathing and teach some Breath for Health practices which are suitable for all, but can be tailored to individual needs. No experience of yoga is needed. There's also a chance for questions.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one and wear comfortable clothes that will allow you to move freely.
