A gentle Yoga class that incorporates slow, mindful, natural movement that is beneficial for improving mobility and strength whilst decreasing discomfort in the body.
Through awareness of the breath we improve our respiration and find a sense of inner calm as we progress into gentle breathwork or Pranayama.
This class will specifically focus on taking time to notice how we feel in our bodies and breath, to find comfort and steadiness throughout the practice.
Please bring a Yoga mat and blanket to the class. Please let me know if you do not have a mat.
