This can either be 1-2-1 or for a couple of students. The class will be tailored to your goals. Whether your aim is to strengthen and tone your body, become more flexible or improve your posture. Or whether you wish to focus on breathing or mindfulness.

Booty & Leg Challenge

My Booty & Leg Challenge is a 4-week program with simple exercises aimed at all women (and men :) ) that want to get stronger legs and booty. All exercises have videos explaining the exercise. The legs & booty exercises are easy and are done 2-3 times a week and it takes about 40-45 minutes. On the other days, you will be stretching and working on the core. This Challenge is not just about changing your body - you will become stronger mentally and you will be surprised and amazed with what you can achieve with dedication and commitment.
