My Booty & Leg Challenge is a 4-week program with simple exercises aimed at all women (and men :) ) that want to get stronger legs and booty. All exercises have videos explaining the exercise. The legs & booty exercises are easy and are done 2-3 times a week and it takes about 40-45 minutes. On the other days, you will be stretching and working on the core. This Challenge is not just about changing your body - you will become stronger mentally and you will be surprised and amazed with what you can achieve with dedication and commitment.
