Crystal Healing and Sound Bath Session

Join me for a deeply relaxing 90 minute session of energy healing, combining crystals and soothing sound vibrations in a beautifully cocooning space.

Crystals have been used for centuries by many different cultures to gently heal and support our physical, emotional and spiritual state. They can help relax us, ground us, protect us and even motivate us to make changes.

This small group session will give you the time and space to identify where you most need support and how crystals can best assist you before experiencing a direct crystal healing session personalised to your needs.

The session will draw to a close with a restorative crystalline sound bath and guided mediation where we'll journey into the crystal healing temples of our ancestors to awaken our remembrance of this powerful practice.

Refreshments will be provided along with time for integration and sharing if wanted.

Whether you're new to crystal healing or already a keen practitioner, this session offers an opportunity to release, recharge, and connect with like-minded hearts.

WHAT TO BRING You will need to bring something comfortable to lie down on and a blanket or two for warmth. If it is not comfortable for you to lie down you are very welcome to enjoy the session seated. You may wish to bring a pillow/cushion for added comfort. You may also want to bring water or throat sweets if you have a dry throat or cough. You're also very welcome to bring a journal if you want to make notes.

DRESS WARMLY IN LAYERS Please note your body temperature can drop by up to six degrees during a sound healing session so dress warmly/wear layers. I always recommend wearing thick socks!

PLEASE NOTE Sound and crystal healing is suitable for most people but if you have any concerns about attending because of a specific condition please speak with your medical provider/GP. Sound and crystal healing may not be suitable if you have a pacemaker, severe mental health issues or are in the first trimester of pregnancy.
