Francesca teaches traditional Hatha Yoga that uses the powerful methodology of combining Breathwork (Pranayama), postures (Asana), and relaxation meditation (Dhyana).
This 1 hour class will enable everyone to use their breath and body to deeply restore and rebalance their nervous system, focus their mind, and soothe their emotions.
Suitable for complete beginners through to advanced yoga practitioners. This class is about connecting with your breath and your life energy.
This is an online class using Zoom, so you can choose where you will do this practice, and also know that you will be able to practice regularly even if another lockdown takes place.
Often we do this practice in our room at home, so think about setting up your yoga mat with enough space to raise your arms out to the side, and up above you. Have a cushion nearby to use during the breathing practices, and a blanket for the relaxation and meditation sections.
Create a space that you can enjoy: clean, warm, free of clutter, so that you are not distracted by what is in front of you. Lighting a candle or incense can also help to create the space for your practice.
Tip: If you live with anyone, let them know that you will be doing your yoga practice so that they know not to interrupt you.
